Production time depends on the design and level of customization requested.

• Glasses that require painting: Approximately 3–5 business days

• Glasses that do not require painting: Approximately 2 business days

Please note that larger orders or highly detailed custom designs may require additional production time. We will always provide an estimated completion date when your order is placed.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing varies depending on the design, customization, and quantity requested. We offer a variety of options to accommodate different styles and needs.

Starting Prices:

• Single Custom Glass: $40.00

• Set of 2 Custom Glasses: $75.00

• Set of 6 Custom Glasses: $210.00

Additional customization, specialty designs, and bulk orders may affect pricing.

Do you offer free shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free shipping on single glasses or smaller sets.

However, free shipping is available on orders of more than 6 glasses.

Shipping costs for smaller orders will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

What is your refund policy?

Because all Cristal Elegance products are custom-made and personalized to your specifications, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will review each situation individually.

In certain circumstances, a store credit may be issued if warranted.
